Cauliflower

Cauliflower is cultivated much like cabbage and broccoli both of which are close relatives. Sow seeds indoors 0.3 inches deep in loose soil until seeds germinate and then keep cooler. Transplant after last frost at about 5-6 weeks after germination or when there are 6 to 8 leaves. Do not wait too long to transplant or it may affect performance later on. Cauliflower needs a rich consistently moist soil.
