Celeriac - Celery Root


Celeriac also known as turnip-rooted Celery or knob Celery, is a variety cultivated for it's edible roots,shoots and hypocotyl. In the Mediterranean Basin and in Northern Europe it grows wild and is widely cultivated. Seeds/package 1200-1500 Untreated

Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 0.5 inches deep indoors from January-March. Transplant seedlings from May-June spacing plants 8-10 inches apart and rows 18-25 inches apart. Harvest from August-September.

Maturity: 95 days Open-pollinated Heirloom
