Pole String Bean Blue Lake Black Seed

Heirloom variety, resistant to disease, reaches 6 feet height, produces green pods about 6 inches long, joined in clusters of 5-6. Highly valued for it's enormous production, and the absolute lack of strings, making it one of the best beans for the canning industry. Premium black seeded variety is a bit later to harvest, but worth it for the extra flavour. Package Size: 50-60 grams Untreated

Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 1 inch deep from May-June. Space seeds 2-4 inches apart. Space rows 36-48 inches apart. Harvest from July-September.

Maturity: 70 days Open-pollinated Heirloom
