This garden favourite is native to the Mediterranean regions, but has migrated throughout the world to become a Market and Home gardeners choice. Broccoli are high in vitamins A and C, folic acid and iron, contains high levels of cancer fighting compound sulforaphane. This old Italian variety matures early and is surprisingly easy to grow.
