Description:

Cabbage Baby Pak Choi, this popular dwarf green variety spoon-shaped petioles topped with dark green leaves. A culinary favourite braised, sautéed or used in stir fries and soups. Loose rosettes of green leaves with pale stems, used like Chinese cabbage. Short and squat to only 6″ long. Baby Pak Choi has crunchy stems and crinkly broad leaves. Quick and easy to grow in cool weather.

Best planted directly outside in mid-late Spring. Baby Pak Choi does best in a Sunny sites with moist rich soil. Sow seed 6 mm (1/4″) deep and 2.5 cm (1″) apart in the row with the rows 45 cm (18″) apart. Thin to 30 cm (12″) apart.
