Great all-around herb thats easy to grow and drought resistant. Greens can be eaten fresh, cooked or pickled, has mild flavour reminiscent of cucumber. Attractive blue-violet flowers the plants, often grown as much for their ornamental qualities as well as their herbal qualities. Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 0.5 inches deep indoors from March-April or directly outdoors in May-June. Harvest from July-September.
