Flax Sprouts are an excellent source of anti-oxidants and are suitable to help rejuvenate and cleanse the body. Flax Sprouts provide a good amount of fiber with beneficial effects on the digestive system and are believed to help keep down cholesterol levels. Health benefits attributed to the Omega-3 fatty acid include anti-inflammatory properties and positive effects on high blood pressure. Flax seeds are small and easily develop a mucilaginous layer when rinsed.

Sowing Instructions :

Use Natural Clay surface or unbleached heavy paper towel or directly into soil.
Do not soak seeds. Spread evenly and lightly on the moistened surface and mist lightly at least twice a day. Harvest when reaches desired height. Flax can be added in small amounts to regular sprouting seeds (alfalfa, lentils, etc.) in a jar or Sprouter. Mix Flax in after soaking the other seed.

Seeds for growing Sprouts and Microgreens are all Certified Organic (European). Sprouts are best known for their health benefits as having the highest concentration of digestible nutrients available soon after Seeds Sprout. Sprouts are also a great way to add some fresh greens to a diet straight from the kitchen counter.
