Sowing Instructions :
Soak and cover seeds 6-10 hours, rinse seeds to cover the bottom of the sprouting tray. Drain by holding tray at an angle to remove excess water. Spread seeds evenly on bottom of sprouting tray. Cover the tray.
Rinse twice a day with clean water using gentle flow from tap or by water spraying. Drain thoroughly. Ready in 10-12 days, refrigerate to keep fresh. Harvest by cutting above roots as needed. Sprouts store best when fairly dry do not store immediately after rinsing.
