Description:

Spinach America Curly heirloom Vegetable. Since the early 1900’s this variety has been the standard Savoy leaved spinach on the market. The rich flavoured leaves are simply superb raw in salads or cooked. The glossy broad deep green fleshy leaves are long standing in the sun and heat. Quick growth allows for multiple crops in Spring and early Summer and often again in early Fall.

Sowing Instructions :

Sow seeds 12 mm (1/2″) deep and 2.5 cm (1″) apart in rows 30-45 cm (12- 18″) apart as soon as the soil can be worked in the spring and every two weeks after that until late spring. Thin to 5-7.5 cm (2-3″) after germination. Sow again in mid to late August for fall crops.
