Sowing Instructions :
Use Natural Clay surface or unbleached heavy paper towel or directly into soil.
Soak seeds 5-10 minutes. Spread evenly and lightly on the moistened surface and mist lightly at least twice a day. Harvest when reaches desired height. Chia can be added in small amounts to regular sprouting seeds (alfalfa, lentils, etc.) in a jar or Sprouter. Mix Chia in after soaking the other seed.
Seeds for growing Sprouts and Microgreens are all Certified Organic (European). Sprouts are best known for their health benefits as having the highest concentration of digestible nutrients available soon after Seeds Sprout. Sprouts are also a great way to add some fresh greens to a diet straight from the kitchen counter.
